Don’t get me wrong! I love tarot readings. I actually consider them one of the best of any psychic readings, because the cards don’t lie. You pick them and they tell you exactly what you need to hear at the time you need to hear it. Tarot readings are like windows. You can can peek through them and take in a panorama of life and activity on the other side, but you don’t actually cross over into the other side. Afterall, you walk through doorways, not windows!
I prefer to think of tarot readings as something that can be used to give you a glimpse or a view of a particular situation that’s on your mind or affecting your life in some way. Again, using the the window imagery, you can see a panorama, but you are limited to the view from the window. As illuminating as it is on what’s directly in your sight lines, it won’t help you in general life or general advice on your future. I guess I should correct myself. It CAN help there too, but I just personally find it more affective to focus on a specific issue and apply your reading results directly to that issue or situation. In that way, you’ll get the maximum benefit and effect from the process.
So what do I mean by specific issues?
Well, if you’re looking for particular insight into your current job, career, or specific person love life, or concern for a friend, etc.? Rather than a broader, “What’s in store for me in future?” or “Will I ever find love? happiness?”, etc. I just think you’ll get much more value out of your tarot readings that way.
My Issue With Daily Tarot Readings
Given what I outlined above, I feel that a daily tarot reading over uses the tarot gateway. Sort of like constanding looking through a window will fog it up and get hand prints all over it eventually obscuring what you see on the other side. Now the obvious exception would be if you are constantly after daily tarot insight on a different topic or issue in your life. But going after a different answer on the same issue with daily readings will reduce the effectiveness of the reading, cloud your judgement, and confuse you. Remember, the point of a tarot reading is to guide you and provide a path to clarity for you. That cannot possibly be achieved, in my humble opinion, with a pay or free daily tarot reading.
Don’t let that confuse you with the daily tarot card that appears in the right hand margin of this website. There no reading there, just an introduction to the various tarot cards.
I recommend getting a tarot reading with something specific in mind (on a rotating basis) at least once a week. But as with everything, it’s entirely up to you. If you need free daily tarot readings by email or over the phone or via chat, then it’s up to you. Only you know what is best and what you need when it comes to spiritual guidance.
